Chancery Court
Located at 36 Dunearn Road in Singapore’s Novena/Newton district, Chancery Court is a distinctive 136-unit residential development featuring spacious units, serene gardens, and family-friendly amenities, all near top schools and excellent transport links.
At Chancery Court, owned by Far East Organization, we undertook an extensive scope of works aimed at enhancing both individual units and common areas within the building. Our team managed every aspect, from project coordination and safety protocols to detailed interior touch-ups and final cleaning. We ensured seamless integration of new work with existing structures, delivering results that met stringent quality standards.
Tanjong Pagar Railway Station
An Art Deco architectural gem and former terminus of the KTM railway, stands as a cherished national monument symbolizing Singapore’s historical rail connectivity with Malaysia.
Our work involves careful restoration in accordance with preservation guidelines set by the National Heritage Board, ensuring the iconic Tanjong Pagar Railway Station platform canopies are preserved. The project includes the careful removal, storage, and reinstatement of platform sections to accommodate the construction of the Circle Line tunnels and the new Cantonment MRT Station, which will run directly beneath the station. Our approach aims to minimize ground settlement risks and safeguard this precious heritage structure for future generations.
Church of Our Lady of Lourdes
A Gothic Revival Roman Catholic church established in 1888, the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes is a cherished national monument and a vibrant spiritual center for Singapore’s Tamil Catholic community, situated at 50 Ophir Road, Singapore.
Our work involves comprehensive restoration of the existing church and additions and alterations to the existing 2-storey and 3-storey annex buildings. This includes all structural, M&E (Mechanical and Electrical), and architectural aspects, ensuring that the historical integrity of the church is preserved while enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Midview City Private Office
Located at 18 Sin Ming Lane in Singapore, is a modern 136-unit industrial and commercial complex offering flexible office and light industrial spaces.
We provide comprehensive renovation services for an office unit at Midview City. Our work includes the installation of full-height partitions, floor finishes, ceilings, glass partition walls, cabinetry, and system furniture. We also cover power, lighting, and data points with cabling, LED lights, air conditioning units, and the engagement of licensed electrical and fire protection contractors.
